Yes. We offer a free initial consultation of 15 minutes for all new clients. You will speak directly with a senior advocate who is qualified to advise on your specific matter. There is no obligation to retain us after the free consultation.

Fees & Billing

Our fee structure depends on the nature, complexity, and duration of your case. We discuss fees openly and provide a written engagement letter before commencing work. Common models include fixed fees for defined scopes, retainers for ongoing advisory, and appearance-based fees for litigation. We never add hidden charges.

The initial consultation (up to 15 minutes) is completely free for all new clients. Longer or follow-up consultations may be charged at ₹500 per session or ₹300 for online consultations.

Yes, for long-running matters we can discuss installment arrangements. We believe legal help should not be inaccessible due to financial constraints. Please raise this during your consultation and we will find a workable arrangement.

Legal Process

Case duration varies significantly by type. Simple matters (bail applications, demand notices) may resolve in days or weeks. Civil suits can take 1–5 years depending on court scheduling and complexity. Family matters like contested divorce can take 2–4 years. We will give you a realistic timeline assessment during the consultation.

Please bring all documents relevant to your matter. For civil and property cases: title deeds, sale agreements, correspondence, and any court notices. For criminal matters: FIR copy, summons, and bail papers. For family matters: marriage certificate, identification, and relevant financial documents. Our team will advise further in advance.
